From the series of our sporty FXDR Customs are now some GTs on the road! With different paint jobs and different details parts they all become unique. The GT Style built about a year ago comes closest to this conversion.
Again, the lines are changed with the bolt-on rear end, the big wheels in 21 and 23 ” from our Big Speed series and the lowering to showcase the racing gene of this model. And the mapping from DON Performance, along with the air filter and short Jekill & Hyde system, ensures that everything is tickled out of the Milwaukee-Eight 114.
Adding to the original tank is our bow spoiler, headlamp cap, small fender and a terrific paint job by Ingo Kruse that accentuates our concept.

The single-sided swingarm, the lowrider wheels in 21 and 23 inches, the wide steel rear end and the spoiler give the GT-5 a mega-fat appearance!
The great thing about this custom bike: the rear and spoiler are welded like our GT-2 and not bolted on. Our GT fork bridge makes the installation of the large front wheel possible, at the rear our single-sided swingarm ensures the use of a wide large wheel. Lowering at the front and rear brings us back down to the desired level.
In the end, it’s the big package of lid and cover that visually rounds out Master Kruse’s slick paint job. The gloss black powdercoated parts and the black brushed parts from Harley’s Dominion series perfectly complement the bold colors on the paint parts.

Here we have used some of our very fine parts: Single swingarm, monoblock wheels in 21 and 23 inches and large brake discs give this custom bike a completely new image. Combined with the handmade aluminum parts like tank and rear fender, you could even talk about art on wheels. Including riding fun!
The mega flagship with parts from our GP Racing series
At the front, the TB triple clamps with cutouts and contrast cut in racing look from our CNC production catch the eye. They take the orig. instruments and are complemented by the chic, illuminated Rebuffini fittings, which are very modern and super user-friendly.
In the DLC-coated fork we use a new shock system from Bitubo, which allows perfect adjustment of rebound and compression. By using the orig. speedometer and the orig. electrics, the bike remains quite normal CAN bus capable and the functions of the series vehicle can still be used.
In this type of conversion, of course, the wheels and tires are particularly important. For several years, Metzeler exclusively manufactures tires for our needs. After the ME 88 and the Triple 8 (ME 888), it is a fat Cruisetec that we pull onto our 9×21 inch monoblock wheel.
This wheel – just like the front one (4×23 inches) – was milled from solid aluminium and optimized for weight in the process. The resulting savings in unsprung mass are immediately noticeable when driving. And it’s chic, too: The special design allows us to run the wheel design right into the rim flange and close to the hub in the middle.
Not only in terms of chassis technology is the best just good enough: For example, such aluminum tanks and rear parts are created in elaborate manual work from tens of individual parts. This artistic work is particularly evident on the rear end, which is welded to the frame and appears to be cast from one piece.
Kruse Design has again immortalized itself on the paint parts and visually reinforced the shape of our parts with its color design. Is there a better color than a rich gold for a custom bike in this league? Hardly. We have therefore also chosen this color for the monoblock wheels and the fork.

Sitting low, fists in the wind, lots of chrome, colorful paint. What a mega appearance! The Fat Boy is hardly recognizable and you hardly know where to look first.
Our big Spoke wheels in 18 and 21″ with the matching brake discs, the steel rearfender with the integrated lighting, the spoiler and the massive fork give the Softail a completely new character.
The harmonious overall concept is created by the wide rear end as a counterweight to the fat front end and the finely coordinated paint design. Once again, Ingo Kruse has delivered a masterpiece!

With this limited anniversary edition of the Fat Boy to the 115th of the company has anything but limitation in mind!
You can recognize the 115th birthday by the paint in Legend Blue Denim and the logo in a somewhat snotty tattoo style. Master Kruse carried it on brilliantly on our newly added parts like the fenders, the spoiler and the cover.
Our popular Force style is again characterized by the single-sided swingarm, wheels in 21 and 23″ (orig. 18″), air ride and lowering at the front and rear, and high handlebars.
The exposed fat rear tire burns with the 131 cui kit from Screamin’ Eagle with round about 130 hp in the street. Thus, this fine bullet goes to a Dutch customer, a registration for German roads is still in work.

With this conversion based on the Softail FXDR, we show how the look of our Racing Series can be achieved with some bolt-on parts. With a relatively simple work we have given this FXDR a fat racing style. Our bolt-on parts make it possible. Rear fender, seat and front spoiler are screwed on, the sporty paint design by Ingo Kruse underlines our concept perfectly.
This project shows once again that you can build a high-end custom bike with the bolt-on parts from our catalog. Front and rear fenders with seat shell as well as front spoiler and side covers are the molded parts that were replaced on this FXDR.
The handlebars and also the upside down fork were lowered and equipped with new bridges and brake caliper adapters to accommodate the 23″ wheel from our New Digger Series with the 340 brake discs. In our single-sided swingarm, the matching 21″ wheel with the discreetly labeled cover on the central locking system is shown to its best advantage.
Ingo Kruse’s matt lacquer design emphasizes the sporty silhouette. The Screamin’ Eagle Stage II and the Don Performance Mapping also reflected this in the interior of that bike.

There are a few special things in our house, so you know right away, now it’s going to be cool! But really! Here we go:
GP Tank, Single Swingarm, New Digger Wheels, Slamtail, Jekill&Hyde, DON Performance. Bam!
But not only that. We didn’t just bolt on the rear fender with the integrated lights. It was welded in painstaking small steps and about 20 individual parts, the chin fairing as well. Also the gastank is handmade on the plate of our own welding booth.
Of course there are also some parts from our own machine production. Everything that is available in covers, we have constructed ourselves and also used here: swingarm, axles, airbox, clutch cover, EFI cover and some more.
Highlight and at the same time high-tech is our single-sided swingarm:
Milled from the solid and equipped with a hollow-bored axle, it takes our multi-piece 21″ rear wheel and our pulley. At the front, our GT triple clamp ensures that we can install a 23″ front wheel.
The crowning glory is – as so often – the ingenious paint job by master Ingo Kruse. With his gun, he turns every bike into a very special one-of-a-kind. In this case, our customer Sören opted for the combination of a rich red tone with a sporty silver with white and orange accents. What a good choice!

Visually, the GT-4 scores with our body parts, an exclusive Kruse paint job and various covers and coatings. Chassis-wise we have lowered the FXDR, her our new suspension system Slamtail and the fancy wheels from our New Digger series. The rear with the seat pan is bolted on like our GT style.
We achieve the crouched stance despite the larger wheels in 23 and 21 inches by the Slamtail at the rear and by lowering the fork, our triple clamp and the stub handlebar.
The acoustic pleasure and the last peak performance comes in this case by the Heavy Breather Elite from Harley-Davidson and the exhaust from Kess Tech.
Some other parts from the Thunderbike production, such as the pre-mounted footrest system, grips and toppers, as well as the side license plate complete our concept.
