The Harley VRSCDX “330 Tire Custom” transforms the V-Rod platform with a muscular stance, radical proportions, and an unusually clean combination of black, red, and exposed mechanical hardware.
The build starts with a Hardcore Cycles 4×18-inch front wheel and a massive Rick’s Motorcycles 12.5×17-inch rear wheel, fitted with a driveside brake system. Avon rubber completes the package: a 130/70-18 front tire and an enormous 330/35-17 rear tire.
Bad Land’s own on/off components include the front fork, handlebars, front and rear fenders, and exhaust. The original Bad Land radiator panel and foot controls keep the design cohesive, while a Rick’s Motorcycles 3D billet aluminum wide swingarm and 70 mm offset pulley kit accommodate the wide rear end.
Suspension comes from a Legend Air Ride System, giving the bike its low-slung attitude without sacrificing the adjustability expected from a serious custom. Up front, Performance Machine supplies the control unit and a four-piston dual front brake setup, paired with a Rick’s rotor.
The details are just as considered. Kellermann BL_1000 front signals and Super LED rear blinkers keep the lighting compact, while the 3D billet aluminum headlight from No Limit Custom adds another machined-metal focal point.
Bad Land gave the VRSCDX a single-sheet, one-make design using dry carbon construction, black paint, and rubber paint on the orange sections. The result is less about decoration and more about emphasizing the bike’s architecture: the stretched chassis, huge rear tire, exposed V-twin and tightly packaged bodywork.
The Harley VRSCDX “330 Tire Custom” by Bad Land is a good reminder that a wide-tire build doesn’t have to rely on excess. Every major component has a job, and the visual drama comes from proportion, fabrication and restraint.
