The Harley-Davidson Night Rod Custom Bike by Bad Boy Customs is built for riders who want presence, muscle, and aggressive design in one outstanding package.
This custom V-Rod combines bold styling with carefully selected performance parts, turning the already powerful Night Rod into a striking blacked-out beast. Bad Boy Customs took the strong factory base of the Harley Davidson Night Rod and elevated it into a premium custom machine with unique details and high-quality craftsmanship.

Matt black paint with striking two-tone accents
The first impression is defined by the matt black paint finish, giving the motorcycle a stealthy and powerful look. The airbox cover BBC 024 features a sophisticated two-tone decor that combines Harley-Davidson branding with Bad Boy Customs graphics, adding personality without losing elegance. Many components such as the complete engine cover including swingarm are finished in black matt as well, creating a clean and unified appearance.

The rims, front and rear, painted orange matt provide a sharp contrast against the dark bodywork. This subtle but eye-catching color combination gives the bike a racing-inspired feel while maintaining the brutal Night Rod attitude.

Performance stance and 280 rear tire conversion
A key visual highlight of this custom build is the rear wheel widening to 10×18 combined with the massive Metzeler Marathon 280/35 R18 rear tire. This upgrade gives the Night Rod an aggressive drag-bike posture and emphasizes the muscular rear section. The rear fender for passenger operation approved BBC 090 ensures the bike remains practical while still looking extreme.

To complete the stance, the bike is equipped with Airride Suspension BBC 070, allowing adjustable ride height for comfort, show, and performance looks at the push of a button.

Exhaust sound and blacked-out details
Sound and appearance are perfectly matched thanks to the Bad Boy Customs 2-in-2 black exhaust system. This exhaust underscores the power of the V-twin engine and enhances the dark theme of the build. Many components have been black powder-coated, including the brake caliper grating, brake and clutch levers, pulley, latches, starting shock absorber, and other small parts. These details reinforce the consistent black custom concept from front to rear.

Front end components and braking upgrades
The front section features a combination of performance and custom style. The bike uses Wave brake discs front and rear (BBC 073 & BBC 074) for enhanced stopping power and visual appeal. Fork sleeves cut out BBC 021 add a distinctive look to the fork area, while the front fender BBC 036 completes the sharp front profile.

Lighting and visibility are handled by the Lampholder BBC 082, Headlight BBC 081, and mini front turn signals BBC 054, creating a minimalist, clean custom appearance while staying functional for road use.

Cockpit, controls, and riding position
A major update on this Night Rod custom is the brand-new FATBAR Superbike handlebar BBC 124. This Fatbar Superbike setup provides a more aggressive and sporty riding position. It is completed with handlebar ends flat BBC 069 and custom mirrors BBC 370, giving the cockpit a clean, purposeful look. The Motor Screw Cover kit further enhances the detailed finishing of the bike.

Comfort and finishing touches
Comfort meets style with the Roche saddle in smooth leather with black diamond pattern. It fits perfectly with the drag-style stance and adds a luxurious touch to the build.

Additional custom parts such as the rear axle cover BBC 075, front axle cover BBC 107, and Swingcover BBC 103 ensure even small details match the overall concept. The license plate holder on the side BBC 060 keeps the rear end visually clean and emphasizes the wide 280 rear tire.
