Introducing a fully custom Harley-Davidson FXBRS Breakout by Noy’s from Japan.
This custom bike has undergone extensive modifications to create a truly unique and luxurious machine.
The frame was meticulously disassembled and powder-coated in a stunning candy red finish, giving it a high-end look. The deep red color choice adds a touch of luxury without compromising the bike’s overall aesthetic.
One notable modification is the installation of a machined aluminum cylinder, significantly increasing the engine’s displacement. The cylinder has been powder-coated to ensure a cohesive appearance, and the cylinder head is a Screamin’ Eagle component, enhancing rideability.
To accommodate the increased displacement, a larger diameter throttle body has been added, giving the bike a more dynamic and aggressive performance.
The exposed throttle body and air cleaner received a one-off carbon cover for a sleek and custom look.
Moving to the rear of the bike, the one-off rear fender was specifically designed to accommodate 21-inch wheels and features real carbon accents, providing an opulent finish.
Kellerman tail lamps and turn signals have been seamlessly integrated for a clean rear end.
The front wheel has been upgraded to a 23-inch wheel from Thunderbike, requiring the installation of a one-off 5-degree rake triple tree and a Headwinds headlight with adaptable LED illumination.
The genuine inverted front fork is incorporated, and a custom triple tree was designed to accommodate it, making it a unique feature.
The inverted fork setup allows for a double disc front brake with highly reliable Rebuffini calipers. The rear wheel, also from Thunderbike, boasts a large 21-inch diameter.
A Thunderbike swing arm kit provides rigidity and stability during cornering.
