This V-Rod is equipped with Avon Cobra tires, providing excellent grip and stability for both cruising and performance riding. To further enhance engine response and power delivery, the bike is fitted with a Screamin’ Eagle Camshaft Kit paired with a ThunderMax controller.
This setup delivers smoother throttle response, improved torque, and optimized fuel management, giving the Carbon 5 a truly muscular riding experience.
Custom wheels and widened rear setup
A major highlight of this build is the rebuilding on muscle rims with BBC Stripes decor, giving the bike a powerful stance. The rear wheel widening to BBC 11.5 x 18 transforms the look of the bike and emphasizes the wide-tire muscle-bike aesthetic.
At the front, a 4.25 x 19 inch BBC 071 widened wheel adds balance and visual symmetry. The package is completed with BBC 073 and BBC 074 wave brake discs, offering strong braking performance and a striking visual effect.
Coated frame and detailed finish
The frame including the wide-tire swingarm is completely coated, highlighting the quality and durability of the build. The engine covers on both sides are matt black coated, while the fork bridge and calipers are painted in glossy black, creating a beautiful contrast between matte and gloss surfaces. Multiple black-powder-coated parts complete the dark custom theme, including the pulley, brake and clutch levers, shock components, and various latches.

The Riser BBC 002 combined with a Dragbar handlebar with internal cable routing (BBC 051) ensures clean lines and comfortable control. The saddle by Roche, crafted from smooth black leather with a diamond-pattern stitch, adds both style and rider comfort. Handlebar end tips BBC 068 and CNC-milled black mirrors BBC 370 complement the cockpit design.
Lighting and suspension technology
For a streamlined and modern appearance, the bike is fitted with mini front turn signals BBC 054 and indicator holder BBC 057. The BBC 082 lamp holder combined with the BBC 081 headlight gives the bike its unmistakable front profile.
At the rear, the side-mounted license plate holder BBC 059 reinforces the clean custom look. To complete the build, an Airride Suspension BBC 070 allows adjustable ride height and comfort at the push of a button.
