ZEEL Design out of Canada has been doing what Harley-Davidson】 never dared to do.
They take the Night Rod platform to its logical extreme. Their latest build, the Night Rod 300 Muscle, does not try to be elegant. It tries to be unavoidable.
The formula looks simple on paper. In practice, it is pure engineering. ZEEL does not just fit a fat tire. They redesign the entire motorcycle around it.
The front end is dominated by a 21-inch wheel. It stretches the silhouette and gives it that street dragster stance. It is not just for looks. It changes the whole geometry and requires a custom triple tree and fender to work right. ZEEL makes its own.
Then comes the statement at the rear. A massive 300mm rear wheel. To make it fit, the team from Montreal had to execute a full 300mm swingarm widening. This is not a spacer kit. It is a reconstructed, centered, aligned and reinforced swingarm built to make that slab of rubber track perfectly straight.
This is where ZEEL Design separates itself from the rest of the V-Rod builders. Everything they touch, they manufacture.
The bike wears their signature No Limit custom body kit. The tank, tail section and airbox covers feature sharp, continuous lines that follow the flow of the 300 rear. No extra seams. No cheap plastic. Just clean fiberglass work with an OEM-level finish.
Braking and drive come from their own CNC machined discs and pulley. These are not catalog parts. They are industrial jewelry, lightened and cut with ZEEL’s exclusive pattern. They match the brutality of the build.
The 1250cc V-Twin breathes through a set of Toxic Pipes. Short, black and antisocial. The 2-into-2 system leaves the widened 300 swingarm completely exposed. It sounds exactly how it should.
Up top, you find Sport Rider handlebars, also by ZEEL Design. Low and wide, they force you into an attack position over the front wheel. The minimal touch comes from Motogadget turn signals, almost invisible until they flash.
And because muscle can be shared, ZEEL engineered a custom removable rack and passenger seat system. It keeps the clean solo line when you ride alone, but it is ready for two when you need it.
The Night Rod was always Harley’s black sheep. The one that did not shake. The one that actually went fast. ZEEL Design understood that better than anyone.
This 300 Muscle is not a bobber. It is not a bagger. It is a pure muscle cruiser: 21 inches up front, 300 in the back, all CNC, all custom.
