Big Bad Customs has once again redefined the boundaries of custom motorcycle design with this breathtaking Harley-Davidson V-Rod.

Dressed in a Custom Aegeus Blue body color with carbon fiber details and a smooth satin finish, this masterpiece is built to impress from every angle.

The frame is powder-coated in gloss black, while the engine wears a stealthy matt black finish. Rolling on custom CNC-milled multispoke rims—a massive rear 400-18 and aggressive front 260-18—this machine commands the road. The matching multispoke rear pulley and new tires feature custom rubber-cut gold HD x Big Bad Customs decals proudly displaying the tire sizes.

A custom CNC-milled single-sided swingarm with hidden air suspension showcases the stunning rear wheel, paired with an offset bearing support, 30T pulley, and a custom laser-etched pulley cover bearing the Big Bad Customs logo. Braking power comes from a rear perimeter brake rotor with a hidden 4-piston caliper.

The bike features a custom gas tank, Stage 1 DynoJet tuning, and a K&N high-flow air filter for performance. The custom hot rod-style exhaust with four outlets delivers an unmistakable roar. The front end has been lowered and raked 8 degrees with CNC triple trees integrated into low bars, slotted fork covers revealing color-coded forks, Cubiq front discs, blue titanium bolts, and color-coded calipers with blue mesh.

Lighting includes a custom CNC-milled headlight with a projector beam, color-matched bezel, removable blue-tinted glass, and 360-degree bar-end LED indicators. The custom body kit integrates mini rear LED indicators and taillights into the rear fender.

Inside the cockpit, a one-off multicolor speedometer with digital gear indicator, shift lights, and RGB connectivity via smartphone allows full customization of background colors. The backplate is finished in matt black with the Big Bad Customs logo in silver.

The custom seat, upholstered in black Alcantara with electric blue stitching, pairs perfectly with the custom gear shifter linkage, flip-up mirrors, multi-position blue levers, custom grips, and horn cover. A side-mounted LED license plate holder, various axle covers, domed HD decals, and countless bespoke touches complete this extraordinary build.
