Suzuki Boulevard M109R “Intruso DEED” by RST Performance: A Muscular Custom Masterpiece
The Suzuki Boulevard M109R has long been known for its raw power and aggressive stance, but RST Performance has taken this muscle cruiser to a whole new level with their stunning custom build dubbed the “Intruso DEED.” This radical transformation blends German engineering precision with an unmistakable custom attitude, resulting in a show-stopping machine that commands attention at every angle.

At the heart of the build is the original double-loop steel tube frame, which has been preserved but completely reimagined with a Thunderbike air suspension system. Paired with a Thunderbike TB-64 mono shock absorber, the Intruso DEED delivers a low-slung, aggressive profile that hugs the pavement while offering adjustable comfort and performance.
The wheels have been upgraded to custom RST rims, measuring 3.5 x 18 inches at the front and a massive 10.0 x 18 inches at the rear—perfect for emphasizing the bike’s muscular silhouette. Stopping power comes courtesy of dual front disc brakes and a single rear disc, ensuring that all that brute force can be brought to a halt safely and efficiently.
The cockpit has been thoroughly modernized with a Fehling LDH9 handlebar and RST custom instruments, while the fuel tank has been replaced with a sleek H&B GfK unit featuring an integrated speedometer, enhancing the bike’s clean and futuristic look.
Lighting is a combination of high-performance and minimalism: a Harley-Davidson V-Rod headlamp, Kellermann turn signals, and a discreet LED rear light integrated seamlessly into the Thunderbike rear fender. The front fender comes from MIZU, completing the visual flow from front to back.
The custom Thunderbike seat follows the elegant lines of the tank and tail, making the bike appear sculpted from a single block. Rider ergonomics are completed with RST footrests, positioned for a laid-back yet controlled riding posture.
Every element of the Intruso DEED reflects RST Performance’s commitment to both aesthetic refinement and mechanical excellence. With its satin silver finish and blacked-out engine components, this M109R is no longer just a power cruiser—it’s a statement of design and individuality.
