Harley-Davidson Fat Boy – Half Hundred by Thunderbike

This customized Harley-Davidson Softail Fat Boy takes the iconic silhouette of the Fat Boy and transforms it into a radical big-wheel muscle cruiser.

Built with an extensive catalog of Thunderbike parts, it combines bold stance, premium craftsmanship and modern performance upgrades that completely change the character of the motorcycle while keeping its unmistakable Harley DNA.

The transformation is immediately visible thanks to the Thunderbike Big Speed wheels. The setup features a 23-inch front wheel paired with a 21-inch single-sided rear wheel, wrapped in Metzeler Cruisetec 260/35VR21 and Metzeler ME888 130/60B23 tires. The Thunderbike single-side swingarm kit not only exposes the wheel visually, but also gives the Fat Boy a clean, show-bike rear profile. Braking performance is enhanced with a Thunderbike Big Speed 340 mm brake disc, pulley, heavy-duty 1-inch belt, and caliper adapter.

The bike sits lower and more aggressive thanks to a Thunderbike fork lowering kit and Air Ride suspension system. This allows the rider to switch between slammed show-stance and comfortable riding height at the press of a button. Custom steel fenders — a 23-inch front fender and 260 mm rear fender — perfectly contour the oversized wheels and tires, creating a seamless flowing line from front to back.

The cockpit and riding position were upgraded with the Thunderbike Hollywood Light handlebar mounted on an Old Style riser kit, along with Motogadget mo.view Club mirrors. Thunderbike grips, LED stripe turn signals with load equalizer, and multiple axle and swingarm covers complete the detailed finishing touches.

Visual highlights continue across the bodywork with the Thunderbike chin fairing GP Style Long, oval Torque airbox cover, derby and timer covers, ignition coil relocation kit, and tank-to-seat cover. A custom Thunderbike seat base and foam finish off the rear section, giving the Fat Boy a sleek profile while maintaining comfort.
