Black Steel Choppers strikes again with the stunning “Brown Sugar”, a brutal and elegant custom motorcycle that embodies both performance and raw design.
Built around a Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engine, this 103 cubic inch beast has been tuned by BSC Racing and optimized with a Dynojet Power Vision, delivering aggressive torque and throttle precision.

The bike features a hydraulic clutch and transmission from the Twin Cam line, paired with a single tube frame and a custom TB front end set at an assertive 36° rake, giving it that elongated, low-slung chopper silhouette. The ride-by-wire throttle keeps the cockpit clean and modern, while control remains razor-sharp.
A show-stopping single-sided swingarm—reinforced with original carbon fiber—makes the rear end as sculptural as it is functional. It’s rolling on custom wheels sized 4.0″x21″ in the front and a monstrous 10.5″x18″ in the rear, wrapped in Metzeler rubber (130/60-21 front, 280/35-18 rear) for superior road grip.
Braking power is elite thanks to Brembo 4-piston radial-mounted front calipers and BSC’s perimeter brake system in the rear. The exhaust system is a BSL unit compliant with Euronorm 4 standards, blending performance with regulatory approval.
The finish is exceptional: the unique matte brown-and-gold palette is the work of airphilippe, while the plating and detailing have been executed by BSC—matching the powertrain’s precision with a flawless aesthetic.
Every detail on “Brown Sugar” tells a story of craftsmanship, performance, and pure attitude. Loud, proud, and unapologetically custom—this is Black Steel Choppers at its finest.
