]]>There are motorcycles that follow rules, and then there are machines built to break them completely.
From the first glance, the silhouette tells the entire story. The bike sits long, low, and aggressively stretched, built around a Thunderbike dragster frame with a dramatic 36° steering head tilt. This extreme geometry defines its identity, giving it a presence that feels fast even at a standstill. The extended front end, enhanced by a Thunderbike GP setup with an additional 1.5° rake, pushes the proportions even further, creating a machine that looks like it belongs on a drag strip rather than a public road.
At the heart of the build lies the powerful Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle 110ci engine, a Twin Cam EFI unit known for its torque and raw character. This engine provides the perfect foundation for a bike of this caliber, delivering strong, immediate power that matches the aggressive design. Paired with an NH Power primary and a full Thunderbike Grand Prix exhaust system, the sound and performance combine to create a truly visceral riding experience.
The engineering behind the Grand Prix 2 goes far beyond the engine. Every structural and mechanical component has been carefully designed to support both performance and aesthetics. ]]>The Smoothless rolls on the streets of Dubai today. It was created on the basis of our Radical Over Curved Kit complete with Freestyle swingarm and Radical fork. The necessary ground clearance when driving is provided by our Thunderbike Air Ride, which we also offer for Harley-Davidson & Metric.
The Flawless highneck was adapted exta to its owner in order to allow optimal handling despite the extreme appearance.

As Thunderbike evolved from a motorcycle shed, Frank has also grown over the past 35 years. From mopeds to Suzuki, and eventually to his second custom bike, he has been on this journey with us. Now, a new project is on the horizon: a Radical Over frame powered by a 110 Harley engine will serve as the foundation for his latest bike.
The biker from Neuss is fully committed to this project and willingly makes the 100-kilometer journey to Thunderbike to check out the latest progress on his bike. Back in 2004, our custom mechanic Rainer built Frank’s first Harley, a freestyle-based custom bike.

BT Choppers strikes again with another head-turning creation — a custom Harley-Davidson Softail based on the Thunderbike ‘Grand Prix’ series.
This bold and aggressive machine blends high-performance components with a sleek, race-inspired design, delivering a motorcycle that’s as powerful as it is beautiful.
The standout feature of this build is its vibrant orange color scheme, perfectly contrasted with black details across the engine, exhaust, and wheels. The 114 Milwaukee-Eight engine is showcased prominently at the heart of the bike, breathing through a Thunderbike air filter and exhaling through a striking double-barrel custom exhaust system.
True to its Grand Prix name, this motorcycle sits low and long, with an extended fork angle and a slammed rear end. The fat rear tire and massive front wheel emphasize its drag-bike stance, while custom-made fenders, side panels, and radiator covers all align perfectly with the sporty aesthetic.
BT Choppers has not only embraced the Thunderbike DNA but elevated it — adding their signature craftsmanship, detailed paintwork, and obsessive attention to design flow. Every element of this bike reflects a commitment to both form and function, resulting in a ride that looks fast even when standing still.
