This custom Night Rod has been upgraded with high-quality components and precise craftsmanship. One of the most eye-catching elements is the massive Metzeler Marathon rear tire in size 280/35 R18, which gives the bike its characteristic drag-style rear end and powerful visual impact. The oversized tire enhances the aggressive look while emphasizing the width and presence of the motorcycle on the road.
The exhaust system has been replaced by a black 2-in-1 setup, which perfectly matches the dark theme of the build. This system not only delivers a deep and aggressive sound typical of the V-Rod family, but also contributes to a cleaner aesthetic line along the right side of the bike. ]]>This custom 2006 Harley-Davidson VRSCR 1130 Street Rod is a bold reinterpretation of Harley’s performance-oriented cruiser.
With its aggressive stance and handcrafted details, it embodies both raw power and refined design, transforming the original Street Rod into something truly unique.
The motorcycle rides on a 120/70 R19 front tire mounted on a 4.25-inch rim, while the rear is dominated by an imposing 300/35 VR18 tire on a massive 10.5-inch rim. The ARROW silencer, originally derived from a street bike, delivers a distinctive tone that balances intensity with refinement. Every ride is enhanced by the Motogadget Pro instrumentation, which adds precision and modern functionality without disrupting the custom aesthetic.
Performance is further elevated through Platinum suspension, ensuring stability and control, while the Masterled headlight system not only improves visibility but also gives the bike a striking presence on the road. The paintwork, a creation of Antonio De Iaco at Yakodesigner, adds a flawless custom finish that highlights the muscular lines of the Street Rod.
Many of the custom elements were CNC machined in-house, including the swingarm, the triple tree stems, and various detailed covers. These machined components reflect the craftsmanship and technical expertise that went into the build. To complete the transformation, a handcrafted seat and luggage rack were created, blending functionality with individuality and giving this Street Rod a personality that stands apart from any factory version.

The story of the modification of the Buell “XBUELL gcode 1.2” motorcycle carried out by Tex-Design from Italy is one that is filled with creativity and innovation.
The proud owner of Tex-Design is Paolo Tex, who had a dream of developing the famous American two-cylinder motorcycle.
In the middle of 2015, Paolo Tex came up with the idea to modify the Buell motorcycle with the latest innovations to make it unique. With this dream in mind, he spent twelve months working on a meticulous design based on virtual modeling systems, using CNC technologies and 3D printing methods. This allowed Tex-Design to create aesthetic and structural parts that were intricate in all their details.
Every design that Tex-Design created had to be in perfect harmony with the mechanical component of the motorcycle for maximum functionality. In a motorcycle, style and functionality go hand in hand; therefore, every aesthetic element had to be in perfect consonance with the mechanical part.
Instead of a traditional front, Tex-Design came up with an unusual idea for a telescopic fairing, the T.C.S. This system allowed Tex-Design to replace the front optical unit with a more aggressive look while still being closer to the wheel. Additionally, the structure that supports the slender rear body was perfectly studied, with part of it left exposed to the sides and becoming a style element.
The design of the Buell “XBUELL gcode 1.2” motorcycle by Tex-Design is reminiscent of cyborg themes, with perfect proportions that give the motorcycle a strong impact. The finished product is a work of art making a clear statement and leaving indelible memories.
Finally, the color chosen to finish the Buell “XBUELL gcode 1.2” motorcycle is an electric green, which adds an extra layer of originality and audacity to Tex-Design’s masterpiece.
