Designed to push visual limits while remaining fully rideable, this build represents Thunderbike’s signature approach: precision, balance, and uncompromising style.

At the core of the GT-B’s aggressive look are the Thunderbike GT wheels, paired with a muscular tire configuration. The rear features a Metzeler Cruisetec 260/35VR21, delivering massive road presence and outstanding grip, while the front runs a Metzeler ME888F 130/60B23, ensuring stability and confident handling. This wheel and tire combination defines the bike’s stretched and powerful silhouette.

The Thunderbike single-side swingarm kit (21″ aluminum) transforms the rear end into a true showpiece, exposing the wheel while enhancing structural rigidity. Power is transferred via a Thunderbike 1″ heavy-duty belt and a Grand Prix single-side pulley, engineered for durability and smooth performance under load.

Stopping power is upgraded with a Thunderbike Vegas floated brake disc (340 mm), combined with a brake caliper adapter (300→340 mm) for precise braking response. The front end is visually lowered using a Thunderbike tele fork lowering kit, reinforcing the bike’s low and aggressive stance.

Ride height and comfort are controlled through a Thunderbike air ride suspension kit, allowing the GT-B to sit slammed when parked and rise to optimal riding height on demand.

The bodywork is defined by clean, sharp lines. A Thunderbike GFK front fender (21″/23″) perfectly frames the oversized front wheel, while the GP-style long chin fairing adds a performance-inspired racing touch. Together, these elements enhance both aerodynamics and visual flow.

The riding position is optimized with a Thunderbike forward control kit, including black mounting hardware, V-Tech rider footpegs, and an aluminum shift peg. A flat riser kit (2″) keeps the handlebar low and aggressive, while Thunderbike Base Rubber grips ensure comfort and control.
Rear visibility and minimalism are achieved using Motogadget mo.view Sport 150 mirrors in black, combined with Stripe LED turn signals neatly integrated into the design.

Performance and aesthetics meet at the intake with the Thunderbike Oval Torque airbox cover and airbox kit, complemented by an EFI cover with manometer bracket in black wrinkle finish. Additional CNC-machined details include the Torque timer cover, axle covers for the swingarm and front axle, and multiple Thunderbike topper components that elevate the overall finish.

The rear of the GT-B remains exceptionally clean thanks to a Thunderbike inside license plate frame, complete with integrated lighting and reflector. This solution preserves legality while maintaining the bike’s minimalist custom appearance.

A flush-mounted pop-up fuel cap keeps the surface clean and uninterrupted, preserving the minimalist design while remaining practical and easy to use.

At the rear, the flowing fender seamlessly integrates the seat and LED lighting into a single, cohesive unit. The modern LED system provides excellent visibility with a distinctive light signature, while the slim tail section elegantly frames the wide rear tire and delivers a powerful, uncompromising rear view.

The fully adjustable air suspension, certified by FAKT, allows the seat height to be tailored for show, comfort, or sporty riding. When parked, the bike sits low for maximum visual impact, and once in motion, the suspension automatically raises to ensure optimal ground clearance. This system offers proven quality, reliability, and intelligent functionality without compromise.

A side-mounted license plate holder developed by Bündnerbike reinforces the clean and muscular look of the rear end. Custom-made and tool-free interchangeable, its minimalist design keeps the bike visually ordered and aggressive, free from unnecessary elements.

CNC-machined aluminum hand grips by Bündnerbike provide a secure grip, precise control, and a premium tactile feel. Their ergonomic shape and high-quality finish reflect the machine aesthetics that define this build. Matching CNC-machined foot pegs for both rider and passenger offer excellent stability and comfort, combining durability, functionality, and refined style.

The handcrafted leather seat features elegant diamond stitching and a sporty silhouette, delivering long-lasting comfort and a refined appearance. A distinctive detail is the stitching color, precisely matched to the green accents of the bike, subtly tying the entire design together and elevating the overall aesthetic.

A fully integrated passenger seat with backrest ensures ergonomic support and safety while maintaining the custom look. It offers true touring comfort without sacrificing the clean, performance-oriented design of the motorcycle.

Performance and sound come together through the combination of a KessTech electronically controlled exhaust system and a Bündnerbike high-performance air filter. The KessTech exhaust offers variable sound characteristics at the push of a button, ranging from discreet to aggressive, while remaining fully street legal thanks to EC and ABE certification. The specially developed Bündnerbike air filter maximizes airflow and noticeably improves performance, combining technical efficiency with a bold visual presence.

Together, the intake and exhaust form a perfectly balanced system, delivering unrestricted airflow on intake and adjustable sound on exhaust. The result is a riding experience that can be precisely tuned both technically and acoustically, remaining legal, powerful, and truly unique.

Visually, IRON MESH is defined by the contrast between deep gloss black and vivid toxic green. The high-gloss black fuel tank is accented by a bold green Harley-Davidson logo, creating an instantly recognizable and iconic look. Matching green powder-coated engine covers are heat-resistant and precisely aligned with the tank design, emphasizing the build’s attention to detail and quality. This custom Harley-Davidson Breakout is equipped with the Thunderbike Unbreakable wheels, giving the bike a bold and muscular appearance. The Thunderbike Fork/Front End Kit Unbreakable further enhances the look and handling, creating a perfectly balanced front profile. Forward riding comfort and ergonomics are improved with the Thunderbike Forward Control Kit Base Alu, designed for both performance and style.



The bike also features Thunderbike Phantom 1″ grips, offering excellent control and a refined feel at the handlebars. The Thunderbike Unbreakable headlight gives the front end a distinctive visual signature, while the Thunderbike license plate frame with inside mounting and dedicated plate lighting ensure a clean and minimalist rear design.



A Thunderbike PenHead LED turn signal set provides modern, compact lighting, seamlessly integrated into the build. The rear brake caliper cover with logo adds another custom detail, underlining the craftsmanship behind the project.

The Thunderbike TBR fender and tank have also been seamlessly integrated, enhancing the bike’s aggressive lines while maintaining its Harley soul.

With a fully blacked-out attitude contrasted by a chrome-filled heart, the bike gleams like a piece of fine jewelry. This striking presence is amplified by the deep custom cherry red paint, masterfully applied by the renowned Tins by Frenchie, giving the machine a rich and unmistakable character.

The seat integrates seamlessly into the overall design, perfectly complementing the bike’s aggressive yet refined aesthetic. This detail is the work of Truline Trimming, a name that has firmly established itself as a cornerstone of Australia’s custom motorcycle scene.

Photography is handled by Grahamcollie Photography, whose work goes far beyond simple documentation. Through careful use of lighting, angles, and composition, the images highlight every curve, reflection, and mechanical detail of Cherry Corruption, capturing both its aggressive stance and refined craftsmanship.

Its engine, frame, and general layout provide a strong foundation, which has been enhanced with a consistently sporty configuration inspired by the Grand Prix series—topped off with a custom Iron Maiden–themed paint job that gives the bike its name. One of the key highlights is the introduction of the brand-new Pro Performance swingarm, developed specifically for wide Softail frames.
The Trooper retains the powerful cruiser DNA of the Breakout but receives a substantial upgrade in both style and technical capability.

From a technical standpoint, the Trooper sets new benchmarks. For the first time, the Breakout is equipped with the Pro Performance swingarm, a striking and highly engineered structure milled from solid aluminum. This advanced component replaces the original tubular swingarm, bringing a completely new visual and structural identity to the rear end.
The development focused on three primary goals:
Designed specifically for wide Softail frames, the solid swingarm arms are hollow-milled and reinforced with an additional cover—mirroring the construction philosophy of modern superbikes.
Its complex geometry is made possible only through state-of-the-art CNC machining, reflecting the high standards required for premium chassis components. As with all safety-relevant parts in the lineup, the Pro Performance swingarm comes with a TÜV certificate, making it a fully legal high-performance upgrade for riders who prioritize function, design, and quality.

The bike features an in-house–designed GP aluminum tank, integrating essential components such as the fuel pump and sensors. Beyond its technical functionality, the tank enhances the bike’s silhouette with a shorter, more compact profile, sharp edges, and a dynamic transition into the seating position.
The rear fender and matching seat follow the same Grand Prix design philosophy. The compact fender incorporates discreet LED tail and brake lights, creating a clean and open rear view that highlights the wheel, swingarm, and drive system.
Up front, the GP-style triple clamp with increased rake works in combination with clip-on handlebars mounted directly to the fork stanchions. This setup results in a lower, more active riding posture and significantly improved front-end feedback.

The Trooper rolls on wheels from the Vegas Cut series, known for their straight spokes and distinctive bolt detailing. The sizes remain true to the Breakout category—21″ front and 18″ rear—but both aesthetics and performance are completely redefined.

Powder-coated engine components and black DLC-coated fork stanchions contribute to the Trooper’s dark, technical appearance. DLC is among the highest-grade surface treatments available for fork tubes, offering superior durability, low friction, and premium aesthetics.

The paint scheme is a direct tribute to Iron Maiden’s “The Trooper”, created in collaboration with Chiko’s Pinstriping. The multi-layered design merges iconic Iron Maiden imagery with the Grand Prix visual language. The customer’s vision—to express the spirit of Iron Maiden—was perfectly realized in a unique and expressive finish.

This machine rolls on Thunderbike Grand Prix wheels — a 9.0×21 rear and 4.0×23 front, wrapped in Metzeler Cruisetec 260/35VR21 and ME888F 130/60B23 tires for an aggressive stance and unmatched grip. The Single-Side Swingarm Kit (21″ Alu) exposes that massive rear wheel, emphasizing the performance-driven design.



Braking is handled by a Thunderbike Streetmaster disc paired with a Brembo Radial Monoblock M4 caliper set for precise stopping power. The Triple Tree Kit Grand Prix 2.0 Performance and Stummellenker Set “GP 2.0” give the front end its race-ready attitude.



A Custom Aluminum Fuel Tank (GP-Style) and Airbox Cover Oval Grand Prix add clean, aerodynamic lines, while details like Phantom E Grips, Forward Controls Phantom Contrast Cut, and Stripe LED Turn Signals bring modern performance to the forefront.

Together with our customer Stefan, we created a project that bridges the gap between high-performance automotive engineering and handcrafted custom motorcycle design. This is not our first collaboration with him. Nearly ten years ago, Stefan inspired one of our most iconic builds, the Lamborghini Aventador–themed Thunderbike OUTERLIMIT. Now, the story continues with a new interpretation of power, precision and style.

The inspiration for the GP-Weissach project comes directly from Stefan’s Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992.1), a machine that represents the ultimate track-focused driving experience. Its 4.0-liter naturally aspirated engine delivers 525 hp, accelerating the 1450 kg car from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. The Weissach Package further enhances performance by reducing weight by around 15 kilograms through targeted lightweight construction.

Visible high-gloss carbon components such as the front hood, roof, exterior mirrors and wing elements emphasize the motorsport character. Inside, the combination of Race-Tex upholstery, red contrast stitching, magnesium shift paddles and carbon fiber surfaces reflects a pure racing atmosphere. Even the magnesium wheels finished in Pyrored inspired the key color accents of our motorcycle.

For the bike, we selected the Harley-Davidson Breakout FXBRS with Milwaukee-Eight engine as the foundation. This model offers the ideal frame geometry to integrate our GP rear conversion and the substantial 9×21-inch rear wheel. The cockpit retains the original digital speedometer but is now seamlessly integrated into a custom-milled triple clamp. The goal was not to copy the Porsche, but to interpret its attitude. Colors, proportions, finishes and materials were chosen to translate the GT3 RS design language into a new aesthetic expression on two wheels.

The GP-Weissach incorporates the latest developments from our high-end GP component line. It features aerodynamically optimized triple clamps, redesigned handlebar mounts with Rebuffini RR90 controls, and a new GP front mask, all contributing to a dynamic and athletic stance. The open primary drive adds mechanical transparency and highlights the powertrain.

The single-sided swingarm, milled from a solid block of aluminum, allows an unobstructed view of the wheel. An air suspension system at the front and a hydraulically adjustable rear setup lower the bike when parked, giving it a dramatic, grounded presence.

A defining aspect of the design is the use of Pyrored accents, directly referencing the Porsche’s wheel color. The wheels of the GP-Weissach are milled from a single piece, then selectively machined after anodizing to create depth, sharp edges and visual motion. Their five-spoke Y-design appears lightweight and technical, perfectly matching the sporty and high-end character of the build. The exposed 21-inch rear wheel, combined with the perimeter brake system, serves as both a functional and visual centerpiece that underscores the precision and craftsmanship of the motorcycle.





At the end of the project, Stefan summed up his feelings in one sentence: “My goal was 100%. You delivered 110%.” For us, that is the greatest recognition. The GP-Weissach is more than a custom motorcycle. It is the translation of supercar performance philosophy into hand-built motorcycle culture. A Porsche created for the racetrack, and a Harley reinvented to share its spirit. Two machines, one shared heartbeat of motorsport passion.
